Take care of you xxx

Hello!

How are you going?

I mean, how are you going really?

Whether you're on the front line in healthcare, a small business owner, a parent or not even working, everyone is effected by this global pandemic. In the recent week, it has become even more evident to me that something needs to be done to preserve and nurture the mental health of everyone, especially those in our ecosystem at Boss Lady Brain.

It is in times of uncertainty that our senses rise, our fear becomes a frequent emotion and anxiety increases. From this, depression can creep in and negative self talk can run rampant.

This is where community and a sense of belonging is more important that ever! If you look at the splendid work completed by Tony Robbins, he talks about the 6 Core Needs of every human.

Those of you who have trained with me before, know this is something I am passionate about. If you haven't trained with me before, that's ok, I'm going to share a video a YouTube video by Tony Robbins that is important.

By ensuring you are nurturing your 6 core needs, this helps you fight off the black dog of depression. It helps you keep some normality and consistency in your life and gives you a research based framework to bounce off.

The most important thing in this pandemic is to know you are not alone, you do not have to push through, you do not have to be super productive, but you must get through.

Take a look at the info graphic below and take some time to watch the short video and as always, if you need someone to reach out to, we're here.
